Life-Changing Presence. Enduring Revival. Community Transformation.
We exist to see the world around us transformed by God’s life-changing Presence and lasting revival.
We are people who value the Presence of the God above all else. When we gather as a church family we encounter His life changing Presence. Daily we live with purpose, identity and creativity as children of God to bring good and blessing to those around us. We are passionately pursuing the fullness of the Lord’s prayer “on earth as it is in heaven" in every sphere of our society.
We know that nothing is more life-changing than the Presence of God in our church family and in our daily lives. When we talk about the Presence of God, we are referring to God in our midst being Himself.
The focus of our church services is meeting with God. It’s why we gather! We expect Him to be present. When God is on our midst everything changes. Bodies are healed, hearts are made whole, addictions are broken and the lost are saved as people encounter their loving Father and Beautiful Savior.
Individually we have the privilege of hosting the Presence of God as a lifestyle. This is what sets us apart from the world! Through the Holy Spirit we have unlimited fellowship with the Father and Son and we have been empowered to demonstrate the love of God to the world around us.
Revival comes from the word “revive” and describes something dead that has been brought back to life. The word revival is actually not found in the New Testament but is used in church culture to describe seasons when God pours out His Holy Spirit to breathe new life into people and transformation to a region.
Church history is of full of revivals that have impacted the world. One of the most notable revival accounts is from the Book of Acts when God poured out His Spirit and the church grew as the testimony of Jesus spread rapidly.
We believe that revival is meant to be something that endures. Once the Holy Spirit was poured out, the church was never meant to enter into a time of deadness. The Holy Spirit was intended to be God’s lasting gift to His people. We were meant to build upon the Book of Acts, not simply return to it.
We believe that we must shift traditional thinking about revival as a short-term move of God to seeing revival as a way of life, something that was intended to be normal and always increasing. We were meant to live in revival!
To see lasting revival we must honor the Person and leadership of the Holy Spirit as lifestyle as we expectantly press in for more.
When God pours out His Spirit, people become so saturated with God that they become living proof He is real! People in revival demonstrate the love and power of God to the world around them as they use their gifts and resources to make the world better.
We were created to shape the world around us. Bill Bright and Loren Cunningham described 7 spheres of influence that must be impacted to see a nation transformed. We believe these spheres are places in society meant to experience revival.
Imagine our businesses, government, education, families, the arts, entertainment and religion being completely influenced by heaven. Imagine what would happen if people overflowing with God shaped these spheres in Little Rock and throughout Arkansas...a city and a region would be transformed!
As people live in the life-changing love of God they go out and change the world. We are passionate about seeing people living in revival bringing transformation to our city and state.
